In 2001, CSM launched two breakthrough innovations:

• On-Demand Packaging and Labeling — the next generation of clinical supplies packaging and labeling, and
• Subject Retention & Compliance Services — the next generation of subject care.

These services have aided numerous biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in the successful completion of their clinical trials.

In addition to these novel services, CSM offers primary and secondary packaging and labeling, storage and distribution of clinical and ancillary supplies, returns and reconciliation, clinical supplies consulting, and training services.
