Gerald E. Finken, R.Ph.
President and Founder
Jerry Finken has been President of CSM
® since its incorporation in January 1997. Finken has extensive experience in the
biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. He started his career in clinical supplies with Bristol-Myers Squibb
(originally E.R. Squibb & Sons, Inc.) where he was involved in a wide range of activities from sterile manufacturing
to reconciliation, and global clinical supplies logistics. At PRACS Institute, Finken developed and ran its new site
management organization division. Prior to founding CSM, he worked as an independent clinical supplies consultant, working
on numerous projects for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients.
Finken received his Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy from Rutgers College of Pharmacy and his Masters in Management Systems
Analysis from Kean College of NJ, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is an Adjunct Professor and serves on the Advisory
Board of NDSU College of Pharmacy. He can be contacted at

Brian Moe, PharmD, R.Ph.
Vice President
Brian Moe joined CSM in 1997 and played a large role in developing the Operations department before moving into the Business Development
role. He currently leads the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, developing target customer strategies, establishing
accounts, and managing customer support functions. Prior to joining CSM, Moe conducted pre-clinical research at North Dakota State
University and worked in retail pharmacy.
Moe received his Bachelors of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from North Dakota State University, and is a
licensed pharmacist in the states of North Dakota and Minnesota. Moe can be contacted at

Don Berg
Chief Operating Officer
Don Berg oversees CSM's client services operations, including packaging and labeling, consulting, and patient counseling staff. He is
responsible for ensuring the team is aligned to meet quality and efficiency metrics, while focusing on unit profitability through
proper resource allocation. As a senior staff member, Berg helps define operational strategies for CSM.
Berg has over 13 years experience in Operations and Finance. His career includes service as a Budget and Finance Officer in the United
States Air Force; logistics operations supervisor for a major worldwide courier; and Director of Business Development for a regional
economic development corporation. Prior to joining CSM, Berg served as COO/CFO for a broadcasting company. His focus throughout his
career has been on increasing profit margin and ROI by improving efficiencies and effectiveness in operations.
Berg received his Bachelors of Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead and Masters of Arts from American Military University.
